The Wesley Mission Center is an independent, non-profit organization that helps individuals and families in the Mansfield Independent School District and surrounding area who are in crisis and need assistance, including Grand Prairie. The Center not only helps people with immediate needs but seeks to empower them toward economic self-sufficiency and wholeness.

The following resources enable us to be a place of transformation:

  • Wesley Mission Center Thrift StoreA Thrift Store that funds its operations and many of its programs so that every dollar donated to the mission can be used to directly help people in the Mansfield community.

  • Emergency Financial Assistance and Food Pantry to help those who are in crisis.

  • More than 200 volunteers, most from Grand Prairie, and a need for many more!

  • Programs to help people make lasting, positive changes in their lives. This includes Job Programs, Financial Education Programs, leadership development, individual case management, and much more.

We build partnerships with churches, organizations, businesses, and individuals who have a desire to help our neighbors become the people God made them to be. It is through your generosity and faithfulness that we will achieve our shared vision of a community where every person can experience a life of meaning, purpose, dignity, and hope.

Support through donations from residents in Grand Prairie are also essential to our ministry. Revenue generated through gently used household items, furniture, accessories, clothing, electronics, and toys helps the Thrift Store fund operations and many of the programs. Food and hygiene items are always needed!
